From the time I got pregnant I have been thinking of a way to say "thank you" and I decided to put it in a letter because if I try to say what I feel, I will cry for sure.  I had a very long battle trying for my son.  I did every drug there was and went to many doctors that don't compare to you and your practice.  You seem to understand each patient no matter how different they are from one another; you were able to read me, you knew when I was happy and when I was sad.  That takes a special touch and you most definitely have that touch ... I wish I would have come to you guys a lot sooner.  This has been the shortest length of trying that I have had, you really know what you're doing.  I couldn't be happier... I sincerely thank you for how much you have helped me, I really appreciate it.  I would not change a single thing you do every day because you have just the right system...I could tell when I started with you guys that all your attitudes just meshed together and that means you are a well-oiled machine.  Thank you very, very much.

I've graduated from basic baby school
 with  3 babies to bless us -- I guess things worked way too well.  Dr. Piekos and his staff is friendly, helpful and informative.  It was amazing to see those babies develop through the first trimester.  I was always a science nut, but this tops it off.  We will never forget all of you.

I want to give you a special "thank you."  When I first came to you, I felt overwhelmed by all the tests and appointments but I was sure you had a system and I thank you and God, of course, everyday that the system worked for me.  My husband and I have been together for 17 years and married for 10 of those years and we have not used any protection at all, any other woman would have had ten children by now but it has never been that easy for me.  Before I came to you, I tried two cycles of Perginol, two surgeries and an unknown amount of other drugs.  One stimulated this and one stimulated that, but none stimulated the right thing.  You seem to have that touch.  You know just what channels to go through and what to do next after seeing the results.  When you first told me I needed surgery again, I was very upset, not at you but we had been trying for two years and my doctor kept saying "you're fine, it just takes time but you're perfectly normal," when all along I was far from normal and we were aiming at nothing.  You were able to turn that around and I felt hope from the very beginning.  That I sincerely thank you for.  My husband didn't want to do fertility drugs this time but I told him with out them it could take us a long time and I felt I had waited long enough.  We appreciate what you have helped us achieve and we couldn't be happier.  I hope you have much success in the future.  Thanks so very, very much.
